Our office offers complimentary consultations and accepts most PPO insurance plans. If you are not sure what type of orthodontic coverage you have our insurance coordinator will find out all of the information before your appointment. To save you some time we can also email you our new patient forms so that you can fill them out before your appointment.
Before you come in, don’t hesitate to ask any of our staff members any questions or voice your concerns. We want to make sure that you are comfortable before you even come into our office.
